Erratum:
The print edition of this issue is misnumbered; it is volume 23, number 1 (Fall 2012), not volume 22.2 (Spring 2012) as is printed inside the front cover. There was no Spring 2012 issue. The last issue before this one was 22.1 (Fall 2011).
Perhaps Murphy's Law operated ("anything that can go wrong, will") along with its corollary "everything takes longer than you think." After the F all 2011 issue the MP acquired a new editor, new editorial assistant, new design team, new print shop, and new distribution team. In addition to these changes, this issue is the first ever MP printed in full color (see the cover image below). With so much churning, it's amazing that the misnumbering is the only significant miss, and a bookkeeping one at that.
Congratulations to editor Philip Gaines and all his new workers.
