The Outfield Alliance thanks the Montana Tech Faculty Senate for its bold stance on the Domestic Partner Health Benefit Proposal (The Montana Professor 10.3, Fall 2000).

We have received legal support from the ACLU for our challenge of the Board's refusal to provide coverage to qualified same-sex partners, a refusal we believe is a violation of equal protection and dignity as defined by the Montana Constitution.
